Very clean hotel, smelly room, very good service, breakfast with good options. A little bad pillow.

It was a good experience. Great location, nice environment, reasonable prices, good parking price, spacious rooms, clean and not so old.

Location is great. Rooms are large. Had a leak in our shower for 5 days. They sent someone to the room to fix the leak, but the fix was unsuccessful X 2 and we continued to have puddles of water in the bathroom that leaked out into the sleeping area by the bed. No offer from staff to switch rooms or no additional ideas to fix the leak. Also, if you expect the staff to be fluent in English, especially when attempting to communicate the intricate details of a leak, they are not. Not even fluent enough to complete a standard checkin in English. I know that it's Brazil, but website claims that staff speaks English. Rooms were also not cleaned well and on some days, no one came at all. Rather overpriced for the room quality and poorly trained staff. Be prepared if you arrive with a lot of luggage, that the hotel does not consistently have bellman services and you will be left to your own devices to drag your luggage to the tiny elevator with multiple trips while the staff just watch you to struggle and not even offer to hold the elevator door open.
