Mar do Farol Praia Hotel

The internet is hot sites preach pieces on us. This hotel has a relatively new building...the photos are beautiful on the sites....but....it is photoshop. When entering the room the door of the bathroom came out in hand....there is no pool towel and the pool has no bar or bar service.....the pool is of fiber without chairs. We don't even use it. The restaurant only serves breakfast from the most basic and repetitive. Be careful with the restaurant door stick so you don't lose a nail.

I stayed with my husband and two other couples, being a couple of gentlemen, had some flaws that we let go but after we were expelled from the pool site I decided to report. On the first day we met at the pool site, only to talk, we were dressed, we would not use the pool, we were informed that this place closed at 9h, but one of the employees left us to stay until 22h, already the other day the Functionary BRUNO HENRIQUE RIBEIRO, was super poorly educated, closed the bathrooms of the pool and we were in a very bad posture saying "you need to get out of the pool", not "good night" said, without the slightest sympathy, and was poorly educated other days also with our group, including the couple of gentlemen, I found a family group who also wanted to go to the pool room, if the bathroom was closed and we had to meet (the place was cold and everyone had to get out of the clothes and even a minimum reception blouse); Kitchen outsourced for breakfast only, then if we needed an empty glass there was no access, staff only in the morning, if we wanted to eat in the evening we had to order Delivery or go out on the street to eat, staff up to the afternoon, then only a receptionist, without access to absolutely nothing, everything locked. I will also leave my compliments to the very nice shelters, and especially to the employee JONAS, who was of great sympathy, education, welcomed us very well, gave us a lot of attention and always ready to help.

Hotel in renovation, does not bother in nd, but shower from the apartment 107 just cold, took a bath 7 days cold.At the reception, talk q will solve and nothing,every day cold bath.
