D'Anggerek Hotel

(1) Walking distance from the airport. Via Dart, the Brunei app like UBER, the service of 4WB car was 9.1 B dollar from the airport, 9.5 B to the airport. (2) WiFi was available, but not fast. It may not be suitable for business use. PPPoE was used. (3) Laundry machines are not available in the building. A coin Laundry shop exists north, 1 km away. (4) Sound insulation was felt good enough, and the neighbourhood is generally quiet.

Booked a junior suite , which is located on the 5th floor. Room is quiet and spacious .I would have given a 5 star rating if not for the water heater , which didn't seem to work in the shower. (water temperature is just warm),

I had a wonderful experience staying at anggerik. The hotel staff are very friendly and prompt to assist guests. I feel they had gone extra mile to make my staff more meaningful. They offer free shuttle to nearby touristy spots and airports. My room is spacious and big ensuite bathroom and living room. Everyone is eager to share where to go and visit in Brunei.i really like the hotel sales manager Mr Taufek Kee. He is very professional and patience answering all my questions. His Banquet staff has great attention to detail too. My training function was organised and managed by Taufek'team in very efficient manner. The hotel food is great too. I will certainly go back and stay there again.
