Murite Club Hotel

Refurbished apartments and a fantastic wellness centre. An absolutely lovely stay

Only the room was okay, everything else was a disaster. The hotel was packed to the maximum, but there was only one elevator for all guests, and just a few staff members who were extremely unprofessional. They spoke to us informally, and I waited over 10 minutes just to get one beer. The restaurant was overcrowded, with people queueing up for food. The hotel infrastructure is not suitable for that many guests. There is only one pool, which is far from enough, and the water turned green. The spa area was overcrowded, and the parking lot was full. We used less than 50% of what we had paid for. On top of that, there was loud music and shouting from the restaurant until 3 AM, which made it impossible to rest. Our room key card barely worked—maybe 1 in 20 tries—and at one point, random people entered our room because they were told it was theirs. We’ve never experienced anything like this before. We are extremely disappointed and will definitely not return.

The food is cold and limited. The pool for childs is empty and the water from the jacuzzi is cold. The staff is horrible, not friendly, not customer oriented. No hairdryer in the room. The hairdriers from the spa are not working. Very disapointed.
