Winslow Elegance

We were on a budget for this holiday and this is a great location 10 minutes walk to gondola and all main restaurants it’s quiet and great view of the mountains all around. It is very basic but it’s clean and the cleaners come by every day the mattresses (I always check) looked new . It has almost all you need maybe not if you were to cook every night. The tv only has local channels but we didn’t use this so it’s not an issue . There is rarely anyone around but we called the number when we had no hot water and it was sorted straight away . If I could suggest anything it would be a mattress protector and fitted sheet as the flat sheet moved and I often woke on the bare mattress , maybe an extra pillow too . The people we did meet a guy who greeted us was lovely and helpful and kind . Not sure there is a spa like the pictures suggested we didn’t find one but we didn’t ask either .

Very warm and clean hotel!!! The apartments are very nice and with a beautiful view. The service is also very good and the people are kind!! The hotel breakfast is very good! We had a great time!

The Winslow Elegance is an Apartment type Hotel, very quiet, about One thousand meters Fromm the Sky lift, the WiFi does not stretch to the apartments we could only get a signal in the area of reception , our visit was at the end of the Summer Season, so Bansko was very quite a lot of the hotels and restaurants had closed down or getting ready for the Winter Season.
