This is not a 4-star resort, it is a dangerous, unhygienic ruin! The hotel is in total collapse. There was NO HOT WATER for days, which is a complete violation of basic sanitary norms. The conditions in the rooms are shocking. They clean rooms only ONCE — when you check in. No fresh towels, no clean bed sheets, and there is a catastrophic shortage of toilet paper and napkins. You have to beg the managers just to get a fork at the restaurant because they do not have enough clean cutlery. The food is a health hazard! They do not throw away left-over food from the previous day; instead, the kitchen reuses, reheats, and serves old food to the guests. The place is full of black mold, and the smell of misery is everywhere. Do not trust the photos. This hotel should be stripped of its stars and closed by the sanitary inspection immediately. Absolute nightmare!

I rarely write reviews, but I feel obligated to warn others: Chaika Beach Resort is unsafe. We stayed here in July 2025, and it was, without exaggeration, the worst hotel experience of our lives. Cleanliness & Hygiene (Or Lack Thereof):The hygiene standards here are non-existent. Our room was filthy upon arrival, with visible black mold in the bathroom and stains on the bedding. The common areas are just as bad; hallways smell of urine and damp, and we frequently saw trash piling up that staff simply ignored. The 'daily cleaning' is a myth—our towels were never changed, and the floors were never swept. Dining & Food Safety: The 'All-Inclusive' food is barely fit for human consumption. We were genuinely afraid to eat it after seeing the state of the buffet. The food was consistently cold, repetitive, and looked like leftovers from days prior. To make matters worse, basic sanitation is missing—there were often no clean plates or cutlery available, and we were forced to drink out of flimsy plastic cups. We ended up spending extra money eating out just to avoid getting sick. Facilities & Staff:The swimming pool water was murky and insanely cold, with missing tiles that make it dangerous. The staff seemed completely indifferent to complaints; they were rude, unhelpful, and looked miserable. Verdict:Do not be fooled by the location or photos. This place is a disaster zone that needs to be shut down by health inspectors. Save your money and your health—stay anywhere else."

The staff is normal - I will listen and help in any way we can.everything else is terrible - of drinks in the dining room only water and beer, which I don't drink- not even the easiest.If you want to get in line for dinner or lunch - the hotel sells some cards) the pool is one very dirty - I don't recommend.Outside don't sit down to eat - the bushes stink - understand what.The room was all working.The room was clean.But the hotel should be closed - better to demolish and build a new one.Let's go to the location.
