They wanted to extra charge me €30 for a dirty towel that THEY delivered. The towels had stains on them the whole week, and they tried to blame it on us that we made the towel dirty that it couldn’t even wash, and ai washed it in the sink, therefore it tells you that these employees cannot wash a towel properly and they try to blame it on the guests, the beds were very dirty I will upload photos. I’ve seen lots of older hotels but this one is definitely the dirtiest.

What a waste of money. The rooms are dirty. The staff are rude and got no time for English people. The balcony is falling apart. The food is disgusting. We had to wait 3 days for our toilet to be fixed. Our room was only cleaned once the full week we was there. The air conditioning was broken. The WiFi did not work. The female manager is the worse of them all. Things went missing out our room and she laughed in our faces and told us to go back to England. On our last day we checked out and charged us €30 so we could keep the room till 4pm ( I have invoice for this) then refused to give us the room key and told us to leave the premises even tho we paid so we was on the streets from 11.30am till 23.30pm when our pick up arrived for the airport. We Would never stay here again even if it was free!

I booked a four-star hotel as a super last minute. The TripAdvisor rating is sufficient at first glance #75 of 252 on Sunny Beach. Only after paying did I start reading the reviews and start to worry. Upon arrival I find out that it's not such a horror. But you need to look at the hotel as a two and a half star, which is the real state. It definitely does not correspond to the four-star rating. The hotel is maintained in a declining condition. The furnishings are old, worn out. But the hotel it is clean. The food is in a narrow repetitive menu, the taste is average (not amazing, not offensive). The staff is normal (non-conflict). For the price of a super last minute, yes, but it definitely does not correspond to the full price.
