Mirage

Good morning. Nothing. Bad. Unable to understand that this hotel has 4 stars. He lost them many years ago. A single elevator for a 15-storey building!! We don't know how they'll do for the reviews. They give you a key (only one, not two). Old room. Insufficient air conditioning. The bathtub so high you have to climb. To top it off the back rim is strange and all the water comes out. Horrifying. The bed, hard, loud... Location very far from the center or the beach. The carpet... If you drop something on the floor, you may no longer find it. A depressing breakfast with dry, hard bread, a single toaster, a coffee maker. It was a circuit. Dinner of very poor quality, not even bread is saved. They put your dessert on the table next to the salad. If you have an enemy, send him there.

The hotel lost all four stars at least 10 years ago. It has two elevators that fit 2 people for 13 floors. The old rooms unrenovated and with unpowered air conditioning in 35-37 degree heat. We stayed the day of arrival in Bulgaria and they put us a dinner trout that could neither peel nor remove the spines dry that was. And also on the last night of our stay, they put a pot of lettuce with some carrot strips, with nothing else in the salad and secondly a shredded fish and left plastic cups for us to use a dispensing machine (similar to the one we have in homes and offices), each time you got up from the table to put water in a plastic cup (not glass). We're a mess. Don’t book even if they give it to you or offer it at €5.

The hotel was amazing and really was feeling like family with the animation team and was found the food really amazing g and I was happy from everything like we feel we are one family and the service was good and its really friendly
