Paloma

Stayed at hotel paloma with my husband and two adult daughters highly recommend it’s a lovely hotel very clean with comfortable beds and air conditioning. Small fridge and hair dryer in room. Balcony with table and chairs. Very central location in sunny beach pharmacy right outside bakery across the road restaurant next door. Small shop well stocked two minute walk. Beach ten minute walk. Lots of nice restaurants near by our favourite was La Flor. Plenty of bars with entertainment nearby. Supermarket five minute walk. Hotel has a nice quiet pool with lounge chairs and umbrellas. The manager Gariff and all the staff are very friendly and helpful. Highly recommended hotel Paloma for your stay in Sunny Beach.

I stayed Paloma for a week and in the beginnimg me and my friend were really dissapointed. We went there quite bad time too. I mean breakfast in the beginning was so poor, didn't get nothing, but in few days it went better. Good thing is that it's near to the main street, it's cheap and clean.

Stayed here for 2 weeks. The rooms were clean and tidy with Air-con, fridge and Satalite TV, but only had 3 towel changes in 14 days and the sheets were changed once. The Bar/Restaraunt staff during breakfast done the absolute bare minimum, just sat around smoking and drinking unless you told them there was no butter or cups left etc, i feel they should of been more pro-active. Directly in front is a hotel being built or renevated, it was hard to tell, and due to this, the road outside is very muddy after rain, and lakes form on the roads that have to be navigated to access/egress the hotel. The double glazing ensured there was no noise pollution from it. The location is central to the resort, just 30m down a side street, across the main (busy) road to Central Promenade. Despite some of the gripes, i would stay here again, because it was good value for money, and does exactly what it says on the tin.
