Creepy , poor food unpleasant staff

Its so bad. Please do not come here it is so dirty and loud. I could not shower for 5 days, the food is awful and i have stomach problems now. There is no bed it is just a matress and there are spiders everywhere. The lights dont work and many things are broken like the shower.

Seriously don't even bother to go to this hotel. We had a reservation and paid two months in advance. The day before our accommodation we phoned them and they told us everything is ok for us to arrive. Since we have arrived at the reception the staff told us they can not accommodate us since there were no rooms available in the hotel. There was a group of Russian people who also had the same problem and spent hours searching for another hotel. The staff suggested us to stay in a place opposite the hotel which was prepared for reconstruction and was not habitable. The air conditioner did not work, the toilet was broken and the fridge was leaking. Since the air conditioner did not work we couldn't stay at this place - it was really hot. We decided to cancel our reservation and we talked to the owner of the hotel. She was not interested in suggesting an alternative so we had to look for another hotel since we had no place to stay. Overall we heard many complains from other visitors of this hotel. They said the was not enough food and the staff is rude, unprepared and does not seem to really care what is going on in this hotel. So I would not recommend this place at all because they ruined our holiday.
