Sunny Villas

Well what can i say. We arrived on the 9th of june. First impression looked very nice until we entered our room! The double bed was like a camp bed, the main area was uneven laminated flooring, the shower room was clean but when you had a shower the tray filled with water and took ages to drain away. The wall ajoining to the shower was damp. The best thing about our room was the location, ground floor about 10m from pool. Oh we had the bed sheets changed once in 14 nights only cause we stripped the bed for the cleaners. The food for us was not good. It catered more for the eastern europeans. Everthing looked under cooked. And as for the staff well there was about 5 or 6 young kids which i think they had been told to keep tables clean which was good but they could of let you finish what you was eating first.. The best thing about this place was the barman at the poolbar, you ask for a vodka and coke. He would put ice in the glass hand you the bottle of vodka which you poured yourself then he would add the coke. As for the sun loungers the 1st week we managed to get some BUT the 2nd week NOT a chance the eastern europeans just left there towels on them 24/7. So to sum up this place. Great location at the north end of sunny beach 5 min walk to the beach also the local bus stop was very close by on the main road for exploring.. To sum up if your english don't say here they don't really cater for us. Sorry sunrise complex..

We visited for two weeks in June. First impressions once we arrived was it was a decent hotel,nice large clean room next the pool. The highlight is the pool bar and the bloke working there everyday. It started to go wrong from about day three when we seemed to have the same food daily and to make matters worse, a lot of the other holiday makers from various parts of the globe are very rude and push in the canteen. We got home one night after a trip out to find the sewers had overflown into our bathroom and I mean in a bad way and it STUNK. They moved us to the big villa for a night which was meant to be the best room and in fact it was a over heated room with a large balcony. The good points in our original room the aircon does work,and we were next to the pool. The staff are alright,but the hotel could do with a lot of maintance. The matress was stained,the sheets wern't changed in two week/ WE got towles once,and a few loo rolls. Did we enjoy ourself's?? Yes,but we won't be going back anytime soon. It is the first time we have left a holiday,not to bothered about going home,back to the UK, Wifi is hit and miss,and we found out if you pay a little extra you can get a 5* hotel along the front,but I think this has put us of a future all inclusive.

The hotel is located 5 min walk away from the black sea. This was the most important factor why we had chosen this hotel. Rooms are big enough, tidy and clean, not that much well equipped and modern, but its ok to sleep only. Food was good, variety is there, less fruits only. No activities and entertainment in the evening. Staff is nice. Nothing went wrong. Good price for all inclusive stay! If you are seeking for cheap, calm holidays and sunny beach - right place to go. Why not? :)
