Lucky Pamporovo

We came early in the morning just to change and take our ski ride, the lady in the reception informed us that our rooms would be ready at 14:00. We came back at 18:00 and they gave us the keys of ours rooms which were very dirty. The lady in the reception told us that our rooms would be clean in a few minutes. An hour passed and we saw nothing instead she was very rude. Worst hotel experience 2020

Typical Bulgarian apart-hotel with minimal staff but trying to make it useful The hotel also has a very small swimming pool and very cold water Breakfast can be greatly improved The hotel also provides a shuttle service to the ski slopes

The hotel is located outside the small village of Pamporovo but not far from it, in a very quite area , straight in the forest. We had an apartment with fireplace (functional and really pleasant) with well equipped kitchen and bathroom. Good convenient store on site, very friendly staff as usual in Bulgaria (so far) . Though cleanliness was a disaster. No clean in 5 days and only 1 towels change and this was at my request. Cold to freezing pool, poor fitness room but very warm restaurant with good food that is not taking "an arm and a leg" from your wallet . We also had New Year's Eve there with good food and drinks with good entertainment and fireworks all for a more than reasonable price. Good connection to the ski slopes with their own shuttle bus/van drove by a local grumpy character from "Despicable me". Overall a good experience for an excellent price . Will come again.
