Victoria Borovets

Clean and cheap stay in Borovets. The location is about 10 mins walk from the main strip and the Gondola. Ok for couples and families! The bedding was not up to standard, the sheet did not fit the bed, no pillow case on the pillow and was very unhygienic. The shower and amenities were fine. Very friendly reception but could not get the wifi to work at all. Great breakfast!!

The apartment seems to have been upgraded recently, was spotless and decorated very nicely for the space. Lots of storage. Was cleaned daily. I have to say this particular apartment made it for us. Getting to it by the corridor is a bit drab. The complex itself is quite basic and limited with facilities. There was a small bar and a restaurant which seemed to be closed when we were there. They have a pool table and a football game. The complex is about 10/15 min walk to the main slope which was a nice walk for us with a 5yr old. He was able to play in the snow as you can take a short cut through the forest trail. So if you get a good price it is a good one. Although if the budget is on the higher side, the Rila hotel is the one to go for, a definite winner.

other then the wi fi problem (router that does not work!) , everything else was perfect! clean room, big and pleasant,romantic and 600 m from center, nice walk. love it! but.. they must do something about the wi fi.it cost me a lot because of that
