The pool is good, the breakfast is really good. The non-successful service is hard for some of the staff to speak English. Only twice in town on 9:00 and 16:30. The food at the hotel restaurant was expensive and untasteful at all. The room was pizzophone and the sheets were not perfect. Some improvements such as a non-payable water supply room comforter and what I mentioned could have upgraded the hotel to a spa hotel... Currently improved

Me and my family went to this hotel which was so disappointing, the room looks big in the picture but its actually small , the beds are so uncomfortable i did not sleep at all, and after all of this bad experience i got to the breakfast and it was even worse then the rooms, the waiters are rude, unhelpful, and i went to go my breakfast 20 mins before it was closing and the waiter tupped on my back saying breakfast is finished

breakfast was extremely uncomfortable due to the behavior of the waitstaff. While I was still getting food, a waitress tapped me on the back and abruptly said, “breakfast finished.” There was no polite explanation or warning beforehand. What made it worse was that I felt watched while I was eating, and my plate was taken away while I was literally taking my last bite. This felt rushed, disrespectful, and unprofessional. A guest should never be made to feel unwelcome or hurried in this way, especially during a meal they are entitled to. I hope management addresses this, as it left a very negative impression.
