PRO - Cute room but not up to a four star suite - Hot room CONS - Missing slippers - Missing towels - Lack of toiletries - Sauna not working - Swimming pool with children doing swimming classes (zero privacy) - Rude staff who cannot speak English - No benefits for those who book a suite (I imagine for those who book a standard ..) - Lake view non-existent. I was given a room with parking view REVIEW I booked a lake view suite and the situation I found myself in is as follows: - view on a parking lot, the room was facing the opposite side of the hotel, so it was impossible to have the lake view - Non-existent bathroom products. The only one was the shower cap and in a room for two they put only one - Pool access available but do not give slippers. Generally those who book a suite should be given this type of Service. - Wifi not working and the receptionist refused to give me the password of the working one - Sauna not accessible - Hot tub not accessible - Staff who cannot speak English (neither at reception nor by the pool) - Lack of towels in the room. In a room for two they put only towels for one. - Really poor coffee and tea set and only for one person I would definitely not recommend this hotel.

The hotel offers beautiful, spacious, and very clean rooms with comfortable beds. The breakfast buffet is varied and extensive, offering plenty of choice. Unfortunately, the staff in the breakfast area are not always particularly friendly and tend to appear rather grumpy, which is a pity. A smile and a basic knowledge of the English language would be greatly appreciated. This is, of course, not a general remark, as there are certainly members of staff who are friendly and welcoming. While the hotel has some positive aspects, one major issue really impacted our stay — the lack of available sunbeds around the small swimming pools. There are simply not enough sunbeds for the number of guests. Even when there are empty ones, they are often “reserved” with towels or personal items, sometimes for hours, by guests who are nowhere to be seen. This made it impossible for us to enjoy the pool area properly. We never managed to get a single sunbed and ended up having to lie on the grass instead. The toilets around the pool are not clean. Overall, this significantly affected our experience, and we would not recommend the hotel for guests who value relaxing by the pool.

Stayed at hotel on business, staff were really nice, room was very quiet and bed was very comfortable, breakfast had plenty to select from. Lovely place to stay. Lots of swimming pools to choose from and with easy walking distance to the beach.
