Bad service! Bad personal! Bad hotel

The hotel is very old and the furniture is all worn out. TV from the '90s. The curtains are torn. The toilet broke the next day and we waited half the day to get it fixed. The toilet dryer was leaking. The room was cleaned twice in 10 days! The towel wasn't changed either. The food is very small, it didn't look appetizing. The plates are always wet, the cups haven't been washed well. Forks were always missing. Chairs and tables are all stained. Entertainment only for children.air conditioning works very poorly. They can't even call a cab because they only work with their driver! I really regret choosing this hotel! Unfortunately, I was so upset I didn't take the photo.

I'm very disappointed..we had a ultra all inclusive plus booked from.march and it was around 1300 euros ( without transportation and parking). The food was a disaster,there was Italian night and was no Italian food but in general it was the same food the whole 7 days, very very disappointed..the bar was also a mess..the cocktail came from a machine there was no actual bartender to make the cocktails..same with sodas and from dispenser which was not mention..the beach bar was basically a simple soda machine with cups and that was it.. Private beach was decent ,same as the sun beds.. The room was actually very good and clean,I was surprised and unfortunately it was the highlight of our holiday. The gym is like a dungeon,no equipment and everything is already broke or about to break ( it was a reason why we chosed this hotel) For the amount that we paid food and drinks was low quality and they take top dollar for that which is not ok. All and all it was a bad holiday and for sure I will never return to this hotel ever..the staff was very friendly .
