Erma

We stayed at the hotel Erma in Golden Sands and were very pleased. The hotel has a great location – the beach is right nearby and there are shops, cafes and restaurants just outside the door. For its category the hotel exceeded expectations and proved to be a very good choice for a comfortable holiday at an affordable price.

Poor air in the bathroom, difficult access to breakfast, as I am dependent on the rollator. Small room, bad bed, little towels. Not recommended. Next trip will be enough to arginegin, Gran Canaria.

I have to say it was expectedly good. Food was great and plenty for a breakfast & dinner package. Receptionists had a struggle to smile... I never saw a smile on their face. But the waiters and restaurant personnel was the deal! The pool should be cleaned more often, but overall, a positive experience
