Quality Food Rooms (especially in a suite), tidy, clean Great WiFi Great facilities Food in restaurant The bars Close to everything This is the hotel to stay in if you have a choice and done mind paying circa €150 for two nights, for us that’s cheap but for BG that can be deemed expensive

Terrific new hotel. It's not only modern, it's futuristic, especially the bathroom design where they managed to fit a spacious shower and a stand alone tub. The room was decent size. The staff were nice and friendly. If you have a car you have to drive to ul. Makedonia entrance. The main entrance is closed due to renovation. Besides the garage entrance is located there too.

In our “suite”. ZERO tables to eat at or work on. ZERO outlets near mirror to blow dry hair. ZERO countertop in bathroom - and I mean you can’t fit 2 toothbrushes. Bed was hard as a rock. Pillows are cheap foam. No tissues in room. Room is incredibly dark, poor lighting, weird mirrored and black lacquer walls. Reminded me of an escape room 😂
