Grand Hotel Dimyat

This is our second stay at the hotel. First time was a wonderful experience and we loved the place. This time it has changed tremendously. The hotel itself is beautiful and the location is perfect. But the staff has changed and they are making our trip less than ok. There is not a single person to work here that will greet you with a smile or wish you a wonderful day. They are all grumpy and mad for some reason. Especially the restaurant crew! Those ladies are rude, unpleasant and simply mean. The breakfast has changed. It used to be the best breakfast I have seen on the black see. Now it’s just ok. The internet is awful. God forbid you have to work! Forget about it. And the parking lot has 7 spaces for the hotel, and they are the tiniest. You’ll be a pro if you get your car in and out without a scratch

We stayed at Rosslyn Dimyat Hotel in Varna and really enjoyed its excellent location, just across from the Sea Garden and with a beautiful view of the Black Sea. It is also within walking distance of the city center, which was very convenient. The breakfast was nice. The kitchen staff were not particularly welcoming. On the other hand, the front desk team was very kind, helpful, and professional. The spa area was quite crowded during our stay. Overall, the hotel is definitely worth it for the location, the lovely sea view, and the easy access to the Sea Garden and seaside. I would definitely stay here again if I visit Varna.
