Beautiful hotel with kind staff

Great hotel!!! Clean and modern rooms! The food is very varied and delicious. There is a separate pizza place from 12 to 16. A variety of ice cream. The staff are wonderful and very friendly. Guys speak multiple languages, always help, prompt. In the cafeteria too, the girls are quick to clean everything off the tables, everything clean. We were very pleased and gladly recommend Hotel Crystal, golden sands!!!

We were 4 away in 2 rooms. Lovely pool area. Nice pools. However super unfortunate that the hotel allows to block sunbeds when people do not arrive before midday. The food was pretty boring. Generally not taste of anything. Mostly chicken and pork. Strange steaks on their burger day. However super delicious pasta in a huge parmesan cheese, on their Italian day. Otherwise not very exciting. The same little dull cakes for dessert every day. The water and juice in the machine was lazy in the restaurant. We were at the same hotel 11 years ago and remember the food as exciting and much more taste. We chose to eat out at other restaurants several times. Rooms were ok. Good beds. Nice cleaning and smiling staff who greeted nicely in the hallway. Missed light soda in all inclusive. Otherwise nice choice. I find it a little strange that you have chosen to open the snack restaurant with pizza at 12:00. When lunch opens at 12:30 More logical to me that snack is from 11:00, so it does not overlap so much. Excellent reception with many sofas and nice air conditioning.
