We stayed in this hotel with two young children, and unfortunately the stay did not live up to expectations. The hotel looks old and worn, and the elevator was out of operation several times during the stay. The staff was generally poorly accommodating, although fortunately there were some staff who were friendly and helpful. For families with children there are very few offers. There is neither playground nor water slides, and we experienced several times to get talked when the children bathed and played gently in the pool. That made us not feel especially welcome as a family. Unfortunately, the food and drink did not hold the quality we expected. What disappointed us most was the check-out. We had to check out about 10 hours before our flight. Since we traveled with two small children, it was unrealistic to spend so many hours in the small lobby. In order to keep the room a few extra hours we had to pay 75 euros, which we thought was an unnecessarily high cost. The only big plus with the hotel is the location. It is very close to both the beach and the main street, which is convenient. Unfortunately we cannot recommend this hotel, especially not to families with young children.

The recepcionist was very uninterested and unfriendly. We did not feel very welcome when we arrived. We are staying at the second floor and it smells bad in the hallway. The shower is broken, still usable though. Food is of poor quality. The fried fish was dry, the watermelons were warm, deserts are the same too sweet frosting with different packiging. Totally not what we expected of this hotel. One big bottle of water costs 4,6 EURO. That is crazy in my opinion.

The hotel pulls three stars, if there's anything to compare. But you can give a B just for the location, the first line, the sea across the street, came out of the lobby and right on the beach. In the evening, you can walk along the waterfront. Also on the plus side are cozy rooms. Cons: what struck me personally was at the breakfast restaurant where the open kitchen, if you take punkcakes, the chef will definitely inform you that ONLY TWO PANCAKES are allowed 🥞😅 I have never seen such a thing as a chef counting on a buffet how many pancakes a guest put in a plate. Dear Lily Hotel management, well, that's a shame. In general, if you do not look for shortcomings, but enjoy your holiday, then you can say that the price-quality is in line.
