I was apprehensive when I booked this hotel , we’d previously only had a drink and eaten in the cafe . But we love it , the staff are great , very friendly and helpful, yes it’s old fashion but for what you pay it ticks all the boxes , we’ve been coming to Varna for 30 years and I can honestly say that pound for pound this is this best you’ll get ,, can I thank the staff in the cafe for making those a great visit

I stayed here before from month and I'm staying again the staffer first class I speak English nothing's too much trouble housekeeping is good as a laundry service breakfast is a large choice and is usually included it's exceptional value for money my favourite room is 11 the reason for this this is as a view of the park there is so much entertainment going on during the day and night and it's all free you can't miss the shops you're right in the centre choice of restaurants is fantastic

Old communist style hotel not updated great location very rude staff Rooms old but spacious. Bathroom smells like ashtray. Breakfast is ok but fixed choices and you have to pay for everything extra one piece of toast 0.30 bgn. Service very unfriendly
