Palm Beach

This is officially a 4-star hotel, but it feels more like a 3-star property. The reception area in particular is small and outdated. Rooms: Spacious and decently furnished, with carpeted floors — a nice touch. However, there aren’t nearly enough electrical outlets. You have to unplug the TV and the fridge just to charge two phones. That’s not acceptable. The bathrooms are also clean and large, but instead of a shower cabin there’s only a curtain, so water leaks onto the rest of the bathroom floor, creating a slipping hazard. There are no mosquito nets on the windows. Pool: Medium-sized, but adequate for the number of guests. Food: The restaurant offers all-inclusive dining. Breakfast is weak, with limited options — definitely not up to 4-star standards. Lunch, on the other hand, is very diverse with plenty of choices. Dinner is inconsistent: poor on some days, very good on others. Beach: A real highlight — sunbeds and umbrellas are included on the private beach, saving you around 18 euros. You also get access to the beach bar for cold drinks and ice cream. The downside is the lack of food options there; at minimum, snacks, pizza, and pastries should be available. The umbrellas are also small and don’t provide enough shade for both sunbeds underneath them. Entertainment: The evening entertainment program is excellent, and the animators are great with children. Major drawback: Smoking is allowed on the terrace. It’s not okay to have my children and me inhaling cigarette smoke from neighboring tables during meals. Price: The standard rate is quite high for what the hotel offers. It’s worth it if you catch a deal around 120-130 euros/night with all-inclusive. Parking is overpriced at 15 euros/day — an excessive amount, even if it’s not really a profit-driver for the hotel. Bottom line: This hotel is worth it if the price is right. If not, you can find better options for around 150 euros/night.

I think the hotel is beautiful. It is a bit old, yes. But! Everyone is so kind, friendly, attentive to the details. The rooms are clean and spotless. The location is easily accessible by car, and walking distance from the beach. The food is wonderful and so delicious. It’s the best experience in an all inclusive hotel with food so carefully made. Everyone works with all their heart, and one can tell. Highly recommend!

I visited for a weekend with a friend. This hotel provided exactly the services we needed- clean and spacious apartment with lovely balcony with sea view, fresh and tasty food and refreshing drinks. We also had access to their beach area where we had sun beds and umbrella. We were looked after very well, the staff was attentive and polite. This is my 3rd visit and I would come back again.
