Catering for Kaliopa guests is available at Sandy Beach Restaurant. Overall, nutritional experiences remained good. The food was delicious and varied. You can see that the restaurant staff tried to keep the table clean and cozy, cleaned the tables quickly and did their job faithfully. Unfortunately, the impression was ruined by the communication with the administrator.( man is not tall )Already on the first evening after a long drive we encountered a rude and unkind attitude. During the holiday, there were repeated comments if guests wanted to remove ice cream from the restaurant or, for example, an apple that had not been eaten at dinner. This may be due to hotel rules, but such situations can be explained calmly and politely, not in an abrupt form. It is the receptionist who greets guests first, so you especially expect him to be kind and able to communicate with people. Unfortunately, after communicating with him, the unpleasant draught remained for the rest of the rest. At the same time, the rest of the restaurant employees have no complaints - on the contrary, they want to say thanks for the delicious food, cleanliness and their daily labor.

:) The position is good. It is close to the beach and the center. The personal is kind. :( There was a smell in the bathroom from the very beginning. It was clearly not cleaned properly. 2 out of 3 people of our family were sick bcs of the food. We don’t have any problems usually. !!! I don’t know wether this is managed by the hotel or not, but the woman who took care of the sunbeds at the hotel’s private beach was really really rude to us.

Once again, I am ending my one-month stay at the Sandy Beach Hotel in Albena resort. Again, I am very satisfied with my entire stay, and I would like to pay special attention to the management and especially for the responsiveness and attention the hotel manager Kamen Dechev gives to each visitor. There was never a time when I approached him with a problem and it was not resolved.
