Topola Skies Golf & Spa Resort

We stayed at Topola Skies from 14 August 2025 (very early check-in) until 19 August 2025. Unfortunately, our holiday was disrupted by several serious issues: Noise: Both rooms we booked overlooked the sports courts. The noise was constant, especially afternoons and late evenings. Our children could not fall asleep before ~23:30 most nights, which ruined their rest and our family time. Parking: On 14/8 in the evening, security instructed us to park at the AquaPark because the main lot was full. On 15/8 around 09:15, no staff were present to open the gate, despite assurances the night before. We had tickets to the Dolphinarium at 10:30, but were delayed ~20 minutes and the children were very disappointed. Housekeeping & Service: For most of our stay we requested no cleaning, but on 16/8 we clearly placed the “clean” sign. Still, the bathroom was not cleaned and bed linen was not changed. Even replacing towels felt like “mission impossible.” Staff were not service-oriented. Management response: I expected accountability, but the General Manager chose not to communicate directly with me, despite my explicit request. His written response contained inaccuracies, and the only “solution” offered was a 40% discount for 2026 — irrelevant for us as we will not return to Bulgaria. Overall, this experience fell far below expectations. A resort of this standard should not allow such service gaps. Instead of financial compensation, I received avoidance and an empty gesture. For families looking for a quiet and smooth holiday, sadly this is not the place.

Fantastic stay in hotel, Fantastic animation team, many funny activities. Mamy clean pools, clean rooms, tasty meals.

What an Amazing Experience !!! We had a fantastic experience — we had a great time and truly enjoyed every moment. The atmosphere was welcoming, and everyone we met was incredibly kind and professional. The company representatives were exceptional, and it was a pleasure to interact with such outstanding individuals. The food was absolutely delicious, and the staff on-site were extremely polite, helpful, and attentive. Unfortunately, I didn’t catch their names, but their kindness and professionalism made a lasting impression. Highly recommended!
