Pavilion Phnom Penh

We would always stay here when in PP. I could easily live there. Lovely staff especially Ray who we loved getting to know, and rooms are good. Food great and pools too.

Very mixed. The place is superb, an oasis in the middle of the city with two superb pools! The rooms have the old-fashioned charm of an old colonial residence. However, the service is not up to the standard of the hotels we have had the chance to visit in Cambodia. Toiletries without hair conditioner, no water bottles provided on the second day. Requested twice to finally get one, half a liter, for two people. Massage to avoid, the room is scary and it is not a massage but a spreading of oil!!!! In short, very disappointed!

A very well-located hotel just a stone's throw from the royal palace! The hotel is very quiet in a lush setting; the oldest building is a former residence of one of the Khmer princesses. It is very clean, the service is impeccable, the rooms are spacious, and the breakfast is delicious.
