The hotel has a llot of stray cats hanging around which get into the hotel and especially the cafe and dinning room. The staff don't seem to see it as a problem and just laugh when you bring it up. Very unhygienic as they jump up on Customers, tables and even the tables where the food is. On top of that I am one of those people with a ct allergy and even after explaining that to the manager and showing the information from the Internet nothing was done.

We stayed here for 2 nights as part of tour with G Adventures, room was spacious and clean, only problem was the bathroom door was hanging off, it was on runners and the bottom bit wasn't attached. Breakfast was not too good first day as bread was stale, coffee awful, but second day better, so could have just been a problem with supply. We were there during COVID time, so could have affected previous reviews in March 2020

Stayed here for 2 nights as part of a G adventures trip. Room was ok except for what was going on in the bathroom. Breakfast was terrible. They ran out of things in 30 minutes and said they had no staff to get some more. They were out of bread. Things in the hot steamers were not hit and again when they ran out they didn’t replace. I was there early ! Also the area is not the best. No shop nearby for snacks and then someone in our group had her purse stolen from a scooter nearby.
