This is a cute RUSTIC wilderness resort. This is not a five star hotel. That being said it is clean, comfortable beds, good shower and majestic snow. You park your slide right outside your front door and ride right up the hill couldn’t be more convenient. We stayed here for a snowmobiling trip and it was more than adequate and comfortable. It has a fire fridge, microwave, and a portable cooktop as well as a bbq. It is set up with toaster, kettle, Keurig coffee maker and best of all your own personal hot tub (if you rent a private cabin). Some cabins are more private than others so when booking if you want to have a more quiet stay, keep that in mind. There’s a playground and sled rentals right on site. The clubhouse has a beautiful clean pool area and hot tub and the pool was even warm! You can rent private cabins or choose to stay in a room in the lodge. There is a pub downstairs but only opens for dinner so that is something to consider as you are about 15 or so minutes from any restaurant. We found the pub food quite good. We had the pasta, wings, Caesar salad and a burger. We ate both of our nights at the pub instead of driving into town. The service was fantastic and the pub and prices were reasonable. There is a real wood-burning fire, which gives it such a rustic delightful. feel. We were there in the winter so I can’t speak for how the grounds are kept when the snow is gone, but they did keep the roads plowed and maintained while we were there. There is a playground for kids and the cabins are spaced far enough apart that you don’t bother anyone with ample parking for sled trailers. They will make a big lunch for you to take on your travels for the next day if needed. It’s not cheap and it filled the void but having a fridge in your room, you can pack your own stuff to make sandwich sandwiches. Our only complaint was the continental breakfast… if I was you, I would bring your own breakfast. Since there is no lunch option, we were hoping that the breakfast would be enough to keep us throughout the day, but unfortunately, they don’t seem to stock enough for the amount of people that are staying at the resort. Everything was constantly running out and unfortunately cold. The sausages looked like they were on day three which made it hard to keep the bacon available. They also had cereal and toast, yogurt, questionable fruit, and bagels, but also ran out of coffee several times. The only thing I could say is Glacier House needs to step up their breakfast game since they are feeding hungry sledders. There was a lot of muttering of complaints throughout both of the breakfasts that we attended . Some sledders were saying they wouldn’t stay again just a heads up glacier house ….😬 We will most definitely be bringing our own breakfast food if we stay again next time.

This was the best accommodation of our trip to Canada so far. Spacious modern room overlooking the magnificent nature, not dingy carpeting, but hygienic laminate. Just outside Revelstoke (11 km), but it can be reached by car in 10 minutes. Breakfast is included in the price, but not a full breakfast as you know it from the international chains, but a continental one with toast, cheese, ham, hard-boiled eggs, jam, fruit and waffles you can make yourself at the waffle iron.

Great location and wonderful accommodations. The stay was great for a large group of us in the cabins. The food was good. Rooms were clean and in good shape. Great location for a snowmobiling trip and access to the trails is convenient. Recommend it for sledders.
