HI-Banff Alpine Centre

Very nice atmosphere. The bar and the lobby were great places to relax, with good music and friendly staff. We stayed for three nights and really liked the facilities, especially the well-equipped kitchen and the clean washrooms. I would definitely stay here again.

Stayed here for 7 days and it went smoothly. There aremlots of open space for me to relax and unwind after a day of walking and hiking. WiFi is available all throughout the facility for free. I've seen an ATM in reception if you need cash but they do accept card just fine. Big kitchen and a very big freezer for everyone to use. Scheduled activities available neat reception just need to put your name. Utensils available to use. Water refilling station available as well. They even have a restaurant if your'e hungry. Very nice views around the hostel. Free bus passes available as well. Hostel is very much connected to downtown Banff. I will definitely come back here bath towels are given as well. Bathroom is clean with lots of stalls and sinks. Hot water is very much working. Rooms are cozy and toasty. Drinks and snacks vending machines available.

Cannot rate this place highly enough!! The place to stay when in Banff! Zinny and all of the staff are absolute legend's. The facilities are spot on they have everything you could need, if they don’t the team will always find a way to help. The organised events and social element of this place really take it to the next level, but if you don’t fancy getting involved it’s super easy to chill there too! Everything clean and well looked after. I’ll be back for sure - thanks 👏
