Rocky Mountain Bed and Breakfast

Be AWARE!!!!! There is a tenant living in the basement that will complain about absolutely everything, and the landlord has his back! We came as a family of 7 including 2 elders and 2 teenagers, not here to throw a party but just to have a nice family vacay. The tenant banged on the ceiling the first night we arrived while we were unpacking and unloading our luggage and things, then complained to the landlord that we were making too much noise and smoking inside the house (this was not true). The landlord immediately threatened to kick us out the next morning if he complained again and would charge us a $100 fine. So in conclusion if you want a really expensive place to stay close to downtown Banff so you can literally walk on eggshells for your vacation then this is the place! P.s you have to like the idea of a creep spying on you....

I booked 8 nights in January 2017 and I gave a paydown. On June 1st, 8 days before the beginning of our vacation, the owner cancelled my reservation without a single word of explanation or excuse.Impossible to find another room at Banff ! I had to change completely all my project in a hurry and I only found a room at Canmore ( 3 nights) another one at Revelstoke ( 300 km far from Banff) and the rest of my stay at Calgary. Regarding my paydown it took one month to be reimbursed and only thanks to booking.com.

Our once in a life time trip to Banff has been ruined as our accommodation has been cancelled 4 weeks before our arrival. Now there is nowhere free as everywhere is sold out! Truly gutted and don't know what to do now! Thanks very much.
