We had such a wonderful stay at Acclaim Hotel with our family of five. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel so welcome and cared for. Traveling with three kids can sometimes be hectic, but everyone was incredibly kind, patient, and accommodating throughout our stay.
Our room was spotless, comfortable, and very well maintained. The beds were cozy, the space was perfect for our family, and everything felt clean and relaxing. One thing we especially appreciated was how quiet the hotel was. Despite being close to the airport, the noise level was minimal, and we all had a peaceful and restful sleep each night.
We also enjoyed both dinner and breakfast at the hotel, and the food was excellent. Everything was fresh, delicious, and beautifully presented. It was so convenient to have such great dining options right at the hotel, especially with children.
What truly stood out was the exceptional customer service. Every staff member we interacted with was friendly, professional, and genuinely caring. The hotel also offered incredible value for the quality of the experience. Between the beautiful atmosphere, clean and comfortable rooms, wonderful dining, and attentive staff, it truly felt like a luxury stay at a very reasonable price.
