Comfort Inn And Suites Airport

The Hotel for the price I paid was very underwhelming, very dated decor. No spare blankets in the room, no water in the lobby. The breakfast was nothing fancy. People partying in the main area until midnight both nights I was there, the staff didn't seem to care about the open unlicensed liqour that was everywhere. That is will be my last time in a comfort inn.

This hotel had bed bugs & when the staff were informed, they said to connect with the manager. It’s been 8 days and I have yet to hear from them regardless of my calls and emails to him. The staff also stated that their inspector went into the room and “found no evidence of bed bugs” despite showing them photos and videos of them. Based on their lack of follow through & concern regarding this, I wouldn’t be shocked if it’s a common thing that goes unaddressed for them.

This hotel was okay. The AC was a bit loud but kept the room cool. The breakfast was okay better than average free breakfasts. The location was easy to get to from the airport. The rooms were large. The pool, waterslide and hot tub were not working. Clean and quiet.
