Very friendly and accommodating staff. Clean room, good breakfast in the morning and close to everything downtown

We asked for a quiet room. They gave us one near an elevator and directly across from a train station. One window shade was broken and the clothes hook in the bathroom pulled out of the door when we tried to use it. We spent $500 per night for this room. We planned to stay two nights but checked out after one. As long-time IHG members, we expected some kind of refund for our second night. The hotel management refused to grant us any refund. Very disappointed and unsatisfied customer.

Nice newly renovated hotel. Smallish I think only 8 rooms per floor. Only one elevator. Breakfast same every day.. but ok. Parking a bit of a hassle.. and I watched people that weren't even staying at the hotel park in the spots and go to their jobs. My room had a balcony (although didn't use was too cold) but could be good in nicer weather. Great location. Coop grocery store walking distance. close to downtown
