Absolutely terrible they said that we would get are money back there was no damages in are room they next morning I go to get my money back and they keeps refusing to give my money back they said we need the same card the was on file and I had it and still refused to give money I would advise anyone that is thinking to book there to reconsider

THE POLICE ARE NOW INVOLVED. The room was dingy. The pool was not available. The staff were not helpful or friendly. This is April 9th, 2026. We have not received our deposit back. Three months ago. Three times we have approached the manager in person. We have now been in contact with the POLICE and will follow through.

I don't know where to begin with this review. I will point form the problems so its a swifter read... - first room given to us was very clearly destroyed by a prior person and not checked/cleaned before being given to us (photos below). - 2nd room smelled badly of cigarettes and urine. - holes in the walls and stains on evey surface. - nothing worked, no ice, tub plugged with old hair and very limited hot water (not even enough for a tiny bath). - black mold on several surfaces. - blanket was bare without cover and had blood and other unknown stains, and rips to which they claim after youve checked in will be charged to you (even though they were there upon arrival). - towels and pillows in horrendous condition. - electrical wires sparking when you plug in anything in the room (including what was there already, such as lamps and tv, nothing was plugged in when we got there). - no microwave to use unless you want to walk all the way to the front desk and deal with the rude person there. - random maintenance man came to the room unannounced to put in a bathtub plug since there was none, but no one communicated he was coming and I was just in my pajamas. Very uncomfortable. - the heating and cooling barely works and its incredibly loud. - I saw bugs alive and dead in both the bathroom and rest of the room. - and to top it all off, "management" and the people who operate this disgusting place are equally disgusting at customer service. DO NOT waste your time or money going to this establishment, they should be condemned.
