Fox Hotel & Suites

Beautiful location. Wonderful room with a fantastic view! Very clean and well kept.

Had 4 nights here and loved it. We had a one bedroom suite. It was very clean and had everything we could have wanted. Our bed was comfy, the shower was good. There was shampoo, conditioner and body wash in the bathroom, and also handwash and body lotion. The hotel provided a bus pass for the first 3 days of your stay which came in very useful and there is a bus stop right outside the hotel. We enjoyed a nice and reasonably priced meal in Chili's which is in the hotel. All the staff we met were nice and friendly. Was about 10 minutes walk to the many shops and eateries. Banff is a beautiful town and if we ever get to return we would stay here again

We can't fault this hotel. It is different others we have stayed on, l the rooms are like little cabins and it is only 15 minutes walk into the town center. The rooms are clean and spacious with a bath. No fridge in the room and ice is available on the lower floor by The fitness area and hot pool. The hot pools are great to relax and help heal aching legs and feet. The staff were polite and friendly. The lift is a bit quirky as it is the only one so you sometimes end up going down instead of up if someone has called the lift. We didn't eat here so can't comment.
