Service Plus Encore

I booked my grandparents here and the front desk was amazing to deal with, quick and easy!! They said everything was amazing, from the breakfast to the rooms everything was top notch. You cannot go wrong staying at this hotel, best hotel in Drayton!!!

The staff was very friendly and helpful to meet our needs. This was a relatively new hotel and was well maintained. We were surprised after we checked in that they were providing free chili and hot dogs for the evening. The breakfast had a wide selection which we enjoyed. The only issue we had was the internet connection which we were told they are working on. We want to thank Trina and the rest of the staff for their wonderful service.

Found it very clean, staff very friendly and kind. Liked the decor and the added touch of waters and chocolate cookies as a welcome. Bed and pillows very comfortable. Breakfast buffet had a large impressive selection. It was very busy in the breakfast room due to a large group taking up space but was impressed how they kept the food stocked just the same. We chose that place as the price was reasonable for a hotel with a pool as they did advertise a pool but didn't mention it was at their sister hotel next door. So we had to walk there to use it, get a key from their front desk to access it- that was odd to me. I can imagine a winter stay where I wouldn't be impressed with it being next door. Would stay there again for a the room and food though may second think if wanting pool again.
