Greenwood Inn & Suites Edmonton

I stayed at this establishment as part of professionnal training session, and I have nothing but excellent memories. Thé room was spotlessy clean, confortable and well equipped perfect for relaxing after a full Day of training. A big Thank you to thé entire team for your professionalisme and warm hospitality

We had a great time at this hotel. The team was embraced and treated with the upmost respect. There were difficult guests and we watched the staff treat them respectfully and with the most kindness when it really wasn’t deserved. They also allowed the kids to have fun. Within reason.

I stayed for a business trip and I was very disappointed. On arrival, I found the room dirty and had to use my own sanitizer wipes to clean the surfaces. Sleep was challenging as the train noise from the track nearby was constant throughout the night. While the breakfast was included, it was actually a coupon for Ricky’s restaurant at the entrance, not my preference. The location is problematic without a car in the winter, making it challenging to access nearby restaurant and shops. The hotel offered free Wi-Fi which meant I was able to do some work in the evening, my overall experience was disappointing. I feel there are probably better accommodation choices elsewhere in the area that would provide a more enjoyable and restful stay.
