A great hotel, easy to find close to West Edmonton Mall! Friendly staff, large hotel room that was very clean. Loved the complimentary breakfast every morning. Different choices each day and food was quickly filled up by helpful staff. Easy parking in the front and back of the hotel. Close to Wal Mart and restaurants.

This staff are racist especially the maintenance men who can't say morning to you but want to ask you who paying his salary what are you doing here they think black people are thieves you can't even stand outside without being asked are you a guest can I help you white people out there smoking all day I don't see yall asking them anything they don't even have somewhere for you to chill outside Quality Inn was way better and cheaper I won't recommend any African American to waste there money

Hampton Inn &Suites St Albert in Edmonton is one of the best hotels. The cleanliness is 100%, the continental breakfast is excellent,to go lunch packages for those people who have to rush out is unique and so much appreciated. The staff, Nyla, Rose, Roy, Jess, Nancy, Ana, Jane, Ruffa and Adoyla, make this place a wonderful place to be. Loved by your customers! Lillian McNab
