HOLIDAY INN HOTEL & SUITES WEST EDMONTON

I am here for 2 weeks for work. The hotel is clean, the staff are friendly. Beds ans pillows are comfortable. The only thing is the heat control doesn't want to go down most times. The hottub and pool are nice. Would I stay here again? 100%

I have stayed at Holiday Inns all over North America and this by far was one of the most basic Holiday Inn's I have ever been in. No continental breakfast. When I asked, I was told I would have to stay at a Holiday inn express if i wanted that. This is the first Holiday Inn & Suits that I stayed in that did not either have a continental breakfast or comped breakfast at the restaurant in the hotel. The rooms have the bare minimum. A dresser and TV, desk with an old desk chair. a lounge chair and a bed. The room had a coffee maker and fridge but no microwave. All of this would not be an issue other than they are still charging as much or more than other Holiday Inn and Suits that I have stayed in the offer far more value.

Hotel staff were very polite, friendly and very accommodating. The hotel allows dogs which was why we chose it. We were pleasantly surprised with the cleanliness as we've been to hotels that allow dogs and most times there's a slight urinary odor however from the moment we stepped out of the elevator and opened the door to our room, there was absolutely no odor. The beds were very comfy and had we stayed longer we would have enjoyed time in the pool.
