Radisson Hotel Edmonton South

The room was nice, but the walk to get to it from the elevator was too much. Our room was on the exact opposite side of the building. The parking and building access both leave something to be desired. If you guests must park on the backside of the building, having to walk back around to the front of the building to get in, rather than being able to use the back doors could be a dangerous prospect after dark. I left a terrycloth shower cap in the shower, and nobody can or will tell me they found it. I have called several times and emailed once. I am getting the run-around. Everyone tells me that I need to talk to somebody else, but that person is not available, could they call you back? I gave my phone number 2 or 3 times for this person and have yet to receive a call back. And then the response to my email was to ask for my phone number again.

It is a good stay. Staff are friendly and approachable. Room is clean and comfortable to my family. It is a good price for our one night stay. It is a good location near from restaurant groceries stores . It’s quiet and a beautiful atmosphere. We love the ambiance.
