Ramada Hotel Conference Centre

We thoroghly enjoyed our stay here! The rooms are clean and quiet, the restaurant is wonderful and the staff were terrific. This is exactly the kind of hotel we prefer, it is simple, has everything we need, and is across the street from a Superstore. We did not visit the banquet room and conference centre, but we did take a look inside the on-site liquor store...it was seniors' discount day, and we were unsupervised...

Me and my girlfriend went there due to medical reasons. Water started leaking from the roof in the bathroom. One of the owners was very rude. Very cold. He said if we didn’t like it, we can leave and it was quarter after 11 at night and my girlfriend is in a wheelchair. So before you check into this place, make sure that you do a thorough review. The staff was great, but the one owner was very rude. I would think twice about going there. thank God, the security guard came in there and he seen the water leaking from the roof so he was our witness. The one manager did not believe us that the water was leaking through the roof.

I rented a beautiful room in the hotel's convention center for an event, and the service, facility, and costs were excellent! If you have an event/workshop, I highly recommend you consider hosting it at the Chateau Louis!
