BED BUGS!!!!! DON’T STAY HERE!!! Thought it would be fun for a birthday. Could get over the need for updates and small rooms. Cleanliness was so so, staff wasn’t great or that helpful but the kicker however was BED BUGS!!! Absolutely DISGUSTING!!! and the cleaning processes you have to go through before entering your vehicle and home. This was a terrible experience. BUYER BEWARE!!!

The stay was okay. Comfortable bed. Quiet. The pool and hottub were awesome, but there is no change room. There is only a washroom located in the fitness area. The pillows aren't the best. The coffee in the room really sucks. I wouldn't recommend it. It's so weak. I went to McDonald's and got a coffee from there.

Stayed two nights and used my points form a previous stay in BC. Room was small and outdated. Pool area was nice and large. Hotel itself was a strange set up- to get to our room we have to walk along the pool and ramps.
