UNhelpful staff, UNsecure room (someone came into my room in the middle of the night, left when I called out, staff response was nonchalant). Food service is okay. Staff do not enforce "adults only" in pool after 9 pm. Rooms not very soundproof.

In the past, our routine was always to attend a concert, enjoy a great dinner, and spend time gambling on the casino floor afterward. We never once had an issue and always had a great time—until we attended the David Lee Roth concert.The overall experience inside the casino that night was great, but everything was completely ruined afterward. We stayed the night with our RV in the parking lot, with the clear understanding that overnight parking was permitted until midnight. Instead, we were abruptly and very rudely evicted from the parking lot in the middle of the night by security. They handled the situation with absolutely zero professionalism, common courtesy, or customer service, aggressively forcing us to leave.If River Cree has suddenly changed its parking rules, it needs to be clearly communicated with proper signage. More importantly, security needs to learn how to treat paying, long-time guests with basic respect rather than aggressively kicking them out in the dark. It is deeply disappointing to go from a wonderful evening to such a stressful, insulting experience. Because of how we were treated, we won't be back."

Just there this last saturday (may 09) as was attending the boxing event at the venue. Fairly large group attending as we knew one of the guys boxing that night so we were all out to support. Three of us started at Tap 25 to have a bite. One had a burger and fries and said was pretty good. One had the clubhouse and said pretty subpar and said he wouldnt order again. I had the ten piece order of wings ($22 for ten wings, no sides); they were average at best, and not very crispy. The Venue where the fights were actually being held is a decent enough facility for what it was. Drinks were average priced for this kind of facility. My wife had driven myself and one of my friends so we could just catch an uber home. She stopped at Cree Subs and got some take-out. One Italian and one Chief sub. She enjoyed them a fair bit, and i had some when i got home. We both found the bread to be very dense, so very filling, and amount of toppings was decent to average. All in all an enjoyable evening, though if we were to attend an event again we would most likely try a different restaurant.
