The most ignorant aggressive and disrespectful management staff. Seeing other reviews on here stating this makes so much sense. Management staff have zero communication skills. I was there this weekend and was disgusted with the management staff specifically. Emotional regulation and conflict resolution should be on the top of you training list for these staff members. This was a horrible experience and I will be taking further action with this hotels staff members. The Hotel next door Podollan Inn is an excellent alternative.

Staff was fantastic, check in was a breeze. Room was warm, they never turned the heat down to 17 so it was comfortable at 21. Even with -38 outside. Will stay again. Great restaurant for supper, never had breakfast but heard others comment that it was good.

We had booked two rooms for work meetings and my colleague fell ill. We had to cut our trip short unexpectedly. Niko was so helpful and accommodating, gave me late checkout so I could return at lunch to pack up, and gave my colleague additional time to stay in her room until I was able to complete my meeting and return to pick her up. Niko was so kind and compassionate and recognized my IHG Rewards Status and changed our reservation without hesitation.
