HOLIDAY INN EXPRESS HOTEL & SUITES HINTON

This is a very convenient location, close to many restaurants. The staff was very friendly and accommodating.

Extremely disappointing stay We are very concerned after our recent stay at this Holiday Inn in Hinton. We were assigned a room right next to the elevator and ice machine, and the noise from both was constant throughout the night, making it nearly impossible to sleep. The room itself had serious maintenance issues. The main door had a large gap at the frame enough that hallway light streamed into the room all night, which is also a security concern. The bathroom door didn't close properly either; the bottom dragged on the floor every time we tried to open or shut it. Worst of all was the cleanliness of the bathroom, which was simply filthy. It did not feel like it had been properly cleaned before our arrival. For the price of a Holiday Inn stay, we expected a much higher standard. We hope management addresses these maintenance and cleanliness issues, because right now this room is not fit to be rented out.

Jojo and his team have been amazing! Everything was tasty, hot and fresh. He takes pride in his job and if friendly to all staff. He and his team is a reason we will stay here again on our next trip.
