Best Western Jasper Inn Suites

Front desk staff was great - very friendly and helpful. We had a suite with a 2nd bedroom which was great for giving us more room to spread out and separate sleeping areas. The beds were very comfortable. We didn't use the huge jacuzzi in the bathroom -- it seemed like it would take our whole stay to fill it up! The shower is odd -- a large stepover to get in and no place at all for soap, shampoo or anything. There was a lot of noise from above the 2nd bedroom (we were on the first floor). We chose this place for the space & the ability to have some food prep in the kitchenette; but although there was a refrigerator, small counter & sink, there was no microwave, nor any basic kitchen items. Had to go to another building to use a microwave (in the laundry area). The pool and hot tub area was great, although the hot tub was more like a warm tub. This was a pretty expensive place to stay for what it offered. I know Jasper is recovering from the fire and I was glad to help contribute to its economy but it was still very expensive to stay here.

Great location close to everything downtown. Spacious rooms, hot tub, pool, sauna & steam room are great amenities after long days hiking.

We arrived after a very long day seeing the sights from Lake Louise to Jasper. We were allocated a room on the first floor, which was a double storey room. Kitchen, sitting room and bedroom downstairs and then a further bedroom upstairs with three single beds. The place needed a complete updating, it was shabby and rather sad. Shame as it could have been lovely. Went to breakfast which was an extra cost, and it was awful. I only had a croissant and a couple of pastries, which were all rock hard and inedible. My husband had had a pizza from the restaurant the night before and he said it was the worse meal of the holiday. My advice give it a miss. Walk down the road to the Whiskey Jack Grill, for a really good breakfast and dinner. Delicious.
