Sawridge Inn And Conference Centre

My daughter left her apple airpods in the hotel and she tracked them to their room that we were in. We called to ask if they could check for us and he said he would call us back. I called back 3 hours later and he said that no one has said anything to him. I asked him if he asked housekeeping and he said that they said nothing to him. He was very vague and basically would not help us. Just after I spoke to him my daughter could still track them to that hotel. I wouldn't recommend going here. It just shows how untrustworthy they are

Horrible place. Filthy and front desk staff very rude. Room was dirty. End tables had I don't know what on them. One lamp shade had some snark smeared and hanging off of it. Towels had large balls of hair in them. Toilet dirty. Various articles of garbage on floor behind doors. Generally disgusting. Would not feed the breakfast to an animal. Many drug deals going down in parking lot. Stay at own risk.

Our Team recently held a 3-day event at Sawridge Edmonton. Their dedicated staff including front desk, reservations, waiters, sales, catering, Creations Restaurant, technicians, and cleaners bent over backwards to accommodate us and any last minute changes we encountered with our group. Thank you to everyone there! If we need meeting space in Edmonton again, we will gladly return! Thanks to all the staff! We felt like we were with family :)
