Holiday Inn Express Edmonton Int'l Apt

We stayed at this hotel for a ball tournament and it was extremely disappointing. Although the staff was friendly the hotel was extremely unkempt. Starting in the hallways…so many trash bags laying around with a strange odour. The entire hotel was in desperate need of a deep vacuum. The stairwells were dirty. Into the rooms, bathroom ceiling dripping water, and black mold growing from it. The drain was clogged and shower wasn’t draining. The bed frame and skirting were beyond disrepair and although the rooms had maid service each day the cracker that was laying on the floor when arrived was still there when we left. The hotel is beyond well loved and needs major repair and proper cleaning. Do not recommend.

Overall I like and staff friendly but it is frustrating to get a response on we'll do better and while still here the shower for hot tub still is cold and still out of soap for that cold only shower. That's not really being better. Plus no bacon still and it even showcases bacon for the signage. I don't eat cheap fatty sausages! Quiet though but by luck as no loud rowdies by me! Hot tub I like. Staff I like.

The entire building is very dirty and run down. Not clean in common areas or rooms.
