Crusader Inn

Very clean, well equipped hotel staffed by caring people. We only stayed overnight, but would definitely stay again and longer. The free breakfast is different (bagged) but pretty good regardless. And it has a pool and waterslide. There is also a restaurant on site, good menu, but we never tried it out.

My room was wonderful, quiet and comfortable. The Bed was excellent and provided a much-needed sleep after I had driven through an ice storm. Eric N., on evening shift, helped me to my room when I arrived and had lots of information about restaurants that were open at a that time. Jason and Carly provided me with extra milk for my coffee in the morning as well as extra yoghurt when I did not require the breakfast sandwich. Janel was also helpful in the late evenings. One of the custodial staff, Robert, had the greatest smile and helped me into my room when I was searching for my key. I was mobility challenged, using a cane to get around and the staff was very kind and patient with me. Thank you for a splendid stay, while I was adjudicating at the Music Festival in Stettler. Emily and her entire team are friendly and Helpful. Emily is the only person that has ever given me a room upgrade due to my canalta rewards status. I will always book my crews and myself at the Canalta when I'm in stettler. I recommend staying on the hotel side as it's slightly more expensive but much nicer than the motel side.
