BEST WESTERN PLUS REGENCY INN

I live in chilliwack and they wouldn’t let me book a room because they don’t want any local guests. Cancelled my reservation on me the day of. Scam company 0/5 stars

I stayed at Kamloops and Abbotsford both were very comfortable, clean and safe. I had a great sleep and the food was great as well.

It was not a great experience this time been staying here for more than 4 years used to be my permanent spot in abbotsford.Always booked through expedia never got treated the way i got treated this time.The big lady who checked me in was probably having a bad day at work when me and my wife checked in she was very rude and showed us a really bad attitude when we asked for a bottle of water saying that you are not a privileged for water it is only for members. This was seriously something that i was not expecting in form of customer service at this place. Thanks and never staying here
